WWe've held a quick fire Q&A session with our Telephone Sales Manager, Nikki to help provide you with some of the answers to questions you might have if you're looking to hire a cooler.

Q - Which cooler is best for me?

A - I would recommend you call our expert team of advisors who can discuss the type of cooler that would be most suited to your needs. We provide bottle fed, plumbed in, floorstanding and counter top options and we also offer a full range of specialist products and water cooler accessories which ensures you can get everything you need from one place.

Q - I want my cooler to supply me with hot and cold water... can you help?

A - Yes we can. We supply a wide range of stylish coolers that dispense ambient, chilled, hot and even carbonated (sparkling) water.

Q - What does POU mean?

A - POU stands for Point Of Use. Our POU water coolers connect directly to your existing mains water supply.

Q - I'm not sure if my space is suitable for a POU cooler?

A - No problem, we have a professional and experienced team of WRAS approved engineers on hand to help. We'll arrange for one of our service engineers to visit your premises and conduct a free, no obligation site survey. They will assess your environment and agree with you, the best place to site your new machine.

Q - Do you take care of the installation?

A - Yes, We want the installation of our water coolers to be as straightforward and as simple as possible. A bottled cooler is easy to install and doesn't require any real installation, simply plug them in and you'll have chilled, great tasting water in seconds. If you hire a mains fed dispenser our engineers will ensure the correct fittings are used and the right pipework is accessed, ensuring the installation is correctly installed from the start.

Q - What happens if my cooler breaks down?

A - With regular maintenance and servicing it is unlikely your cooler would break down, but if it did we'd arrange for one of our engineers to visit your site when convenient for you. We'll fix the problem and all repairs are covered in your pricing plan so there is nothing additional to pay.

Q - How soon can my cooler be delivered?

A - We guarantee to deliver your cooler within 48 hours of the order being placed.
