We are accredited and hold memberships with a number of industry bodies meaning we adhere to strict hygiene standards and perform rigorous water testing to ensure we deliver the best results every time.

THE WATER DISPENSER & HYDRATION ASSOCIATION (WHA)

Office Watercoolers are an accredited member of the Water Dispenser & Hydration Association, a national body that represents the water cooler industry in the UK. The WHA's mission is to ensure that its members offer the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene to the customer together with an unimpeachable product and service. As an accredited member of the WHA, our customers can be assured of:

Water Regulation Advisory Scheme (WRAS)

The purpose of WRAS is to contribute to the protection of public health by preventing contamination of public water supplies and encouraging the efficient use of water by promoting and facilitating compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations.

Our engineers and route sales managers ensure that we work to standards for fittings and equipment that are WRAS approved. This means that they comply with all relevant Regulations and Byelaws, so you can relax, knowing that your bottled water supply, or plumbed in dispenser has been correctly installed and maintained.

SafeContractor Scheme

Last but not least, we are also members of the Safecontractor scheme, the fastest growing health and safety assessment scheme in the UK. Being Safecontractor accredited means you can be sure we've got your health and safety covered.
