Does the rental price include sanitisation costs?
Yes the rental price includes the sanitisation which takes place quarterly and will automatically be arranged by our customer services team when it'’'s due. We'll take care of everything so you don't have to.
Is there a separate charge for delivery?
No, our delivery is free of charge and we aim to deliver within 48 hours of your water order, in fact 80% of our orders are completed on the same day.
Would the price for a water cooler with both hot and cold water options be more expensive than a dispenser that has cold water only?
No, the price would be the same for either option.
Do I have to call you on a regular basis to order my water?
No, if you would prefer we can arrange a delivery schedule for you whereby we automatically deliver your water fortnightly or monthly and you take as much as you require from the driver.
What is the SIP for?
Our 'Sanitise in Place' or SIP system is designed to save you time and money. With a SIP fitted to your watercooler, your machine will automatically turn off overnight for sanitisation. This ensures your water is clean and fresh at all times, as well as reducing the need for periodic maintenance and saving you up to £6 per month in energy costs.
What is the environmental charge?
The Environmental Charge under the WEEE Directive is a levy that is imposed by the government and is related to the cost of collecting, warehousing, transporting and having recycled, by licensed operators, Watercoolers, Bottles, Bottle Caps and Cups. This charge is shown as a separate amount on all customer invoices.
What are your payment terms?
Customers can pay via direct debit, BACS, cheque or Credit/Debit Card. Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
